Body Attack L-Carnitine Liquid 2000 with Vitamin B6 is a liquid concentrate that can be taken before and during sport during diet phases. It is the ideal supplement for anybody not taking in sufficient quantities of L-Carnitine through their daily diet. For example, for athletes, who have increased energy metabolism who prefer a carbohydrate-heavy diet and are, therefore, not eating meat.
Nutritional / Recommended intake

Recommended intake: Take 20 ml 1 measuring cup enclosed before and after training. On non-training days take 20 ml first thing in the morning an before bed time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
